  • Caption: From Rockaway we took the bus to the Gibbs' Hill Lighthouse. Built in 1846, it was the second cast-iron lighthouse ever built. This is the lighthouse's original weathervane, which was replaced in 1988 with a radar scanner. (June 14, 2010)
